Rob has published articles about ESOPs for several annual issues of the New York University Review of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation and has authored other articles and reports on business and tax issues in connection with The New York University Institute on Federal Taxation and reports of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Tax Section.
Rob is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in both tax law and employee benefits law, the key ESOP-related legal practice fields. He has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and is listed in The Best of the U.S. (Tax Law) and the 2012 Top 50 Upstate New York Superlawyers. Rob is a recipient of the President’s Award from the Monroe County Bar Association.
